Project Goal
To project manage the complete office refurbishment and fit out works of an existing office building.
Solution
We have worked with Kingston Smith for over 11 years completing in excess of 10 projects across their portfolio of properties, in and around London. In addition to our interdisciplinary projects we have also completed a number of individual discipline projects. As part of their current strategy to enhance the office environment we have been working with Kingston Smith to upgrade their property portfolio to meet a corporate design standard.
One of our recent appointments, completed in 2019, was to act as the Project Manager on the full office refurbishment at their Romford office. Our brief was to visually enhance the work place environment, boosting staff morale and ensuring the office is designed in line with the corporate design standard being rolled out across the entire portfolio of the Kingston Smith offices.
