Project Goal
To deliver MEP design and consultancy for luxury residential properties.
Solution
DHP work with award winning property developers Searchfield Homes to deliver the mechanical and electrical design and consultancy services for a number of their new residential developments. Projects include a luxury six bedroom property in Farnham and the luxury new build at Oatlands Court in Weybridge, Surrey. This development comprises six three storey, 3,000 sq. ft., terraced houses.
Our design services incorporates all services to each house, including mechanical ventilation for bathrooms and kitchens. Including the following systems and services:
- Performance design of all mechanical systems/services
- Mechanical incoming services (Gas and Water)
- Heating services
- Domestic hot and cold water services
- Gas distribution services
- Toilet, kitchen and ancillary ventilation extract systems
- Metering co-ordination
