Project Goal
To complete a planned preventative maintenance programme across the entire Charterhouse portfolio.
Solution
DHP are currently completing a planned preventative maintenance programme in five phases, over a five year programme across the entire Charterhouse estate, both offsite and onsite. The outcome is to produce a 10 year costed planned preventative maintenance schedule to ensure the school is able to maintain a safe, secure and healthy working environment for staff, students and visitors.
Throughout the programme we are collecting data on the condition of the fabric of all estate built structures and infrastructure, providing information on the current compliance and condition of the estate. The final report will provide the school with the information required to ensure a sustainable, safe and secure estate over a 10 year time frame.
